So available again is the "Henry" EP by These Enzymes! Intricate, weird hardcore produced by a then-unknown Matt Squire (doubt this one makes his resume these days). We're stoked on this shit!

Holy crap, has this taken forever, but it really has been worth the wait! The City Lives s/t CDep will be out in September 7th! The boys are currently debuting a song on their Myspace... http://www.thecitylives.com/. The tune, "You Told A Lie," is some power ballad sweetness. It's catchy as shit, I tell ya! The other 4 tunes bring a little more rock with just as much hook. I'm stoked on this shit! Hell, I co-produced, so I suppose I better be. The cover art, track list, yada yada are below....

So it has just been brought to my attention that Smartpunk still has copies of our press of Ben Weasel's "These Ones Are Bitter" for sale. Don't know what colors they have (though I'd probably bet on blue or brown), but there you go. This is officially waaaaay out of print, and according to some recent activity on the 'bay, if you score a blue it'll be well worth your $11. Not that you're gonna flip it, cause you're not an asshole, you'll just appreciate that you scored a killer record for a good deal... right?? Anyway, it comes with a CD of the album and is in an all-around nice package, if I do say so myself. Do it up...

Dark clubs and iPhones don't mix so well... But there was also some fun talk about some Edmond related bands doing some Magic Bullet goodness, and some of Magic Bullet's family members maybe doing some rockage via Edmond. I wanna make that shit happen bad! Oh, and I also walked away with the coolest piece of merch ever. He'll never leave my side now...

Hailing from Queens, NY, brothers Ari and Joshua Ingber know a thing or two about writing catchy, moody, and clever rock songs. Not many bands can harken elements of Beach Boys melodies, Floyd-esque synths, and modern indie rock without falling on their asses somewhere along the line.
